OUTPERFORMS.
Our faux-wood venetian blinds use the same high-density PVC extrusion technology that produces our PVC plantation shutters. The result: dimensional stability, colour consistency, and performance characteristics that solid timber cannot match in high-moisture environments.
NO WARPING OR SWELLING
Unlike basswood or paulownia, PVC maintains dimensional stability at 85% relative humidity. No seasonal expansion/contraction cycles. Ideal for coastal properties, bathrooms, and laundries where timber venetians fail within 12-18 months.
BATCH-TO-BATCH ΔE <1.5
Our three automated coating lines apply UV-stabilised paint in controlled environments. Mixed-container orders ship with colour tolerance within ΔE <1.5 across all SKUs -- a consistency level timber staining cannot guarantee due to grain variation.
30-40% LOWER THAN TIMBER
PVC raw material cost remains stable; timber prices fluctuate with FSC supply constraints. For wholesalers targeting mid-market segments, faux-wood delivers wood-look aesthetics at a price point that protects retail margins.
Limitation: Surface Hardness
PVC faux-wood is softer than solid timber. Sharp impacts can leave dents that cannot be sanded out like wood. For high-traffic commercial installations or households with young children, consider specifying our basswood venetian blinds instead.

25MM & 50MM WIDTHS
25mm slats suit windows up to 1200mm width; 50mm slats handle spans to 2400mm without mid-rail support. Both profiles use the same ladder-tape system and headrail mounting brackets for simplified inventory management.
FACTORY PRE-CUT TO SIZE
Supply exact width and drop measurements; we cut slats, headrails, and bottom rails to specification before packing. Eliminates on-site trimming waste and speeds installation time. Minimum 10 units per custom size within a single order.
FULL KITS OR BULK PARTS
Standard orders include headrail, slats, ladder tape, tilt wand, lift cord, bottom rail, and mounting brackets. Bulk component orders (slats-only, headrails-only) available for manufacturers with existing assembly lines -- contact for part-number pricing.
SLAT MATERIAL
High-density PVC with UV-stabilised coating. Shore D hardness 75-80.
LEAD TIME
20-30 days ex-factory for standard colours. Custom colours add 7-10 days.
QUALITY CONTROL
IQC/IPQC/FQC three-stage inspection. 100% operational testing before packing.
PACKAGING
