WOOD SPECIES.
Each species offers distinct grain patterns, density characteristics, and market positioning. All timber is kiln-dried to 8-12% moisture content and stored in climate-controlled warehouses before machining.
BASSWOOD
Fine, uniform grain with minimal knots. Preferred for high-end residential projects. Excellent paint adhesion and staining consistency. Mid-to-high density (420-550 kg/m³).
PAULOWNIA
Low density (280-320 kg/m³) delivers cost-effective shipping weight. Rapid-growth plantation timber. Suitable for volume projects prioritizing price competitiveness over grain complexity.
PINE (FSC)
FSC-certified pine from responsibly managed forests. Visible grain character with natural resin pockets. Suitable for eco-conscious projects requiring chain-of-custody documentation.
POPLAR
Medium density (380-450 kg/m³) balances weight and structural integrity. Straight grain with occasional mineral streaks. Common in North American and European mid-range markets.
ASH WOOD
High density (600-720 kg/m³) with bold grain patterns. Excellent shock resistance for high-traffic installations. Preferred for architectural projects emphasizing natural wood aesthetics.

DUAL-DIRECTION LOUVRE STRUCTURE
Bi-directional tilt mechanism allows independent upper/lower panel control. Stainless steel pivot pins rated for 50,000+ cycles.
REINFORCED TOP & BOTTOM RAILS
25mm thick rails (standard market: 19mm) with internal aluminum channel reinforcement for panels exceeding 2400mm height.
GEAR-TILT SYSTEM
New-generation internal gear mechanism replaces exposed tilt rods. Concealed operation with improved aesthetics and reduced maintenance points.
ALUMINUM CHANNEL REINFORCEMENT
6063-T5 aluminum inserts embedded in stiles for panels >1800mm width. Prevents warping in high-humidity coastal climates.

ARCH WINDOWS
Full-arch, half-arch, and eyebrow configurations. Radius template required for fabrication. Minimum arch span: 600mm.
ANGLED / TRAPEZOID
Custom-cut stiles and rails for sloped or asymmetric openings. Angle measurements must be provided to 0.5° precision.
BI-FOLD TRACK SYSTEMS
Multi-panel folding configurations for wide openings. Top-hung or bottom-rolling track options. Maximum span: 6000mm.
SLIDING BYPASS TRACKS
Overlapping panel configuration for space-constrained installations. 2-track or 3-track systems available.
SOLID PANEL DOORS
Full-privacy panels without louvres. Suitable for closet doors, room dividers, or lower-tier café-style installations.
COMMERCIAL-GRADE HARDWARE
Upgraded hinges and tilt mechanisms for high-traffic commercial installations. Load capacity: 40kg per panel.
CUSTOM STRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS
All non-rectangular configurations require detailed site measurement drawings including precise angles, radii, and clearance dimensions. Custom structure orders typically add 7-10 days to standard production lead times and may require engineering review for structural feasibility.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
20-30 days ex-factory for standard wood plantation shutters. Custom structures add 7-10 days. Sample orders dispatched within 3-7 business days.
LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
Lifetime warranty on frame, stiles, rails, and louvre components against manufacturing defects. Excludes finish degradation, hardware wear, and damage from improper installation or environmental extremes. Full terms provided with quotation.
PAYMENT TERMS
30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Established partners may qualify for 60-day payment terms after 3 successful container shipments.
