Timber, PVC, aluminium and fabric inspected at point of receipt. No non-conforming materials enter production.
IPQC -- Process Inspection
In-process checks at CNC machining, painting and assembly stages. Issues identified and resolved before next stage.
FQC -- 100% Finished Inspection
100% finished product inspection before shipping -- no batch sampling. Every unit verified.
500-1,000 Hr UV Test
Anti-yellowing test run 500-1,000 hours under UV exposure. Critical for Australian sunlight conditions.
Moisture & Structural Stability
Moisture and structural stability tested simulating Australian climate conditions -- humidity, heat cycling and deformation resistance.
Packaging Compression Test
Sea freight stacking simulation -- packaging compression tested to ensure product arrives intact after multi-week ocean transit.
