Wood, PVC and aluminium plantation shutters manufactured in-house across louvre widths from 47mm to 114mm. PVC self-extruded across 50+ lines with 200+ profile sections.

25mm and 50mm slats in genuine basswood and high-density PVC faux wood, with in-house cut-down service. Three automated coating lines hold colour batch tolerances within ΔE <1.5.

Four shade systems from a single source. Six dedicated honeycomb heat-press lines; motorisation-ready cassette systems; integrated flyscreen panels. Lead times 7-15 days ex-factory.

From raw timber sawing, panel jointing and finger-jointing, to profile shaping, spray-coating and final assembly -- each stage is carried out inside our own 50,000 m² facility. Our PVC is self-extruded across 50+ production lines with 200+ profile sections, and our aluminium structures are developed in-house rather than sourced from outside component suppliers.
Wood, PVC and aluminium are all manufactured by Bright Shutters directly -- which is what allows us to hold consistent tolerances across mixed-material, mixed-container orders. Unlike trading companies, we control every step of the process.

Plantation Shutters and Venetian Blinds run on a 20-30 day production cycle; Window Shades ship in 7-15 days. In most cases, the full path from order confirmation to arrival at an ANZ port is around 4 weeks.
We support 3-7 day sampling for spec confirmation, mixed-product full-container loads, and small-batch replenishment from 10 to 200 units per SKU -- useful for buyers managing stock across multiple showrooms or job sites.

The six checks below are part of our internal quality system -- not third-party certification claims. They reflect the actual inspection steps applied at each stage of production and before every shipment.
Raw timber, PVC resin and aluminium stock are checked against internal specifications before entering production.
Dimensional and finish checks are carried out at each stage of the production line, not only at the end.
Finished units are inspected against order specifications before packing for shipment.
PVC and coated surfaces are tested internally for colour stability under prolonged UV exposure before order sign-off.
Samples are checked internally for warping and joint stability under humidity variation before order sign-off.
Carton and pallet configurations are internally tested for compression resistance to reduce transit damage on long ocean routes.

Qualifying long-term partners can apply for exclusive territory rights. As a general policy, we authorise only one distribution partner per ANZ region -- protecting local pricing and customer relationships from internal competition.
We structure pricing, sampling and repeat replenishment around long-term supply chain relationships, not one-off orders. That approach is also reflected in how we handle new partner onboarding and product development timelines.
