Our wood venetian blinds are manufactured from basswood with three automated coating lines ensuring colour consistency across mixed-container orders with batch tolerances within ΔE <1.5. Both 25mm and 50mm slat widths are available with corded or cordless tilt control.
25mm / 50mm Slat Widths
25mm slats for compact windows and door frames; 50mm slats for larger openings and enhanced light control. Both widths use the same headrail system for mixed-order efficiency.
Cut-Down Service
Pre-cut to width at factory or supplied as full-width stock for on-site trimming. Installers can cut down headrails and slats in under 10 minutes with standard tools.
Corded / Cordless Operation
Traditional tilt wand and lift cord, or cordless tilt rod with side-mounted chain for child-safety-conscious installations. Both mechanisms share the same headrail profile.
Multiple Headrail Options
Standard 38mm × 25mm aluminium headrail with steel brackets, or decorative timber-look valance for residential projects. All headrails support both inside-mount and face-mount installation without additional adapters.

Full Component Supply
We supply all components required for assembly and installation: slats, headrails, bottom rails, ladders, cords, tilt mechanisms, brackets and screws. Manufacturing factories can order components separately for in-house assembly lines.

CORDLESS
OPERATION
OPTION.
Our cordless slat control is designed with child-safety principles in mind for households and childcare-adjacent settings. The side-mounted chain mechanism eliminates free-hanging cords while maintaining full tilt functionality.
The cordless tilt rod uses a clutch-based internal gear system: pull down to tilt slats open, release to lock position. No exposed loops or accessible cord lengths. The mechanism is compatible with both 25mm and 50mm slat widths without modification.
Note: While our cordless design follows child-safety principles, we do not claim compliance with specific AS/NZS 4201.1 certification. Buyers should conduct independent testing if certification is required for their market.
