STEP 01

PVC COMPOUND
PREPARATION

Raw PVC resin is blended with stabilisers, UV inhibitors and wood-grain pigment compounds. The formulation is engineered to resist yellowing under Australian UV conditions -- verified against our 500-1,000 hour UV test standard.

Prepared compound is fed through one of our 50+ dedicated PVC extrusion lines. Continuous die-forming produces uniform slat profiles at consistent wall thickness -- the foundation of a stable, non-warping blind.

Extruded slats pass through 3 automated water-based coating lines. A wood-grain texture is embossed onto the surface, producing the faux timber appearance. Colour consistency is monitored at every batch to ensure uniform results across large orders.

CORD STRINGING

Slats are loaded onto 80+ automated assembly stations where ladder cords, lift cords, headrails and bottom rails are fitted. Cord tension and tilt mechanism function are verified at every station before the blind moves to final inspection.
